The Trainer/Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Law Practice Management & Technology in developing educational programs and content for Chicago Bar Association members and their teams with a focus on skills building in law firm marketing, management, finance and technology. Programs are delivered in person and online and content is delivered in a variety of media and outlets. This position is best suited to a candidate that embraces change and enjoys constant learning.
- Design curriculum and train Chicago Bar Association members and their staff on software/web-based applications, hardware and social media platforms.
- Work with partner legal technology companies to schedule sponsored training and educational programs.
- Create on-demand training modules (video, audio, written).
